Return and Refund Policy
- The customer has the right to return or replace the product within three working days from the date of receiving the product, but there are cases in which return or replacement is strictly prohibited, namely:
- If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition as you received it. If one of the parts of the product is worn or damaged as a result of wearing or misusing the product. Any product that has been received and accepted for receipt and has been received for more than 3 days cannot be exchanged or returned in order to obtain the benefit of receiving it.
- If the customer makes an amendment to the product such as adding embroidery, logo or the like.
